We were fortunate enough to stay at this beautiful Villa for 9 days in early April 2022 as a party of 5 - (3 Adults and 2 kids.) This was a really special place. The Villa (including the self contained apartment) was superbly equipped with everything we could need. Spacious and bright, and very private. The kids absoluteky loved the pool. It was well heated (unlike some pools in other resorts we have stayed at in Lanzarote). The pool area was bathed in sunshine from morning until evening and the kids barely left the water. The Pool was really well maintained, safe and clean. Puerto Calero is a beautiful small marina town with lovely restaurants and bars, all located short walk away (about 500m) . The hill to the town is a little steep in one section so for those with mobility issues we would recommend a car or using a taxi. We found ourselves eating in mostly, to make the most of the fabulous outdoor dining area overlooking the pool. Although there is no beach area in the town, we had a car and it was an ideal base to explore Lanzarote, its beaches, water parks and other attractions. Being a small island, everything was in easy reach. This was of course only if we could drag the kids out of the pool! TWe would thoroughly reccomend this property and are already making plans to return as soon as we can.

We have just returned from a winter break at the wonderful Villa in Puerto Calero. The weather was lovely and a perfect location to get away from the dull, wet, winter weather. The villa is extremely spacious and is finished to a very high standard. There is beautiful warm outdoor pool, plenty of seating areas, BBQ and even a table-tennis table. The kitchen has all the utilities you can imagine, the lounge areas has sofas, plenty of books, games and even Sky TV. The bedrooms are comfortable and spacious and there is plenty of wardrobe space and even hangers!! Our kids were so happy, there always something to do and I can safely say it's the best villa we have stayed in all our years holidaying. The villa is in a very quiet location and is a short walk from the marina, with lovely restaurants, bars, and shops. If you enjoy walking, there is also a beautiful costal walk which takes you into the next town, Puerto Carman. I cannot recommend this villa highly enough, it has everything you need for a perfect stay on this beautiful island.

I cannot speak highly enough of this utterly beautiful villa. It has everything that you can wish for at your disposal. The villa is finished to a high specification and is extremely spacious. It is ideal for families or couples and has a gorgeous outside area. I have never stayed in such a clean villa such as this one. It was spotless inside and out. The location is brilliant and the location is so peaceful. Having worked in the travel industry for over 20 years, I am quite picky but this villa is just amazing. I can’t praise it enough .

This villa had everything for a perfect family holiday. We were 7 adults celebrating a 'special' birthday and the villa offered plenty of space with large kitchen, lounge, dining room and separate basement studio. The kitchen was the best equipped we have ever experienced and extremely clean. Outside we were spoiled with large heated pool, bbq and multiple seating areas. Extras such as pool towels, table tennis and tv Sky package were much appreciated. Location was perfect with easy walk to harbour with bars, restaurants and small supermarket. Taxis readily available if you want to go further afield with regular water taxi to Puerto del Carmen. I would highly recommend this villa and would love to return in the future.

Can not recommend this villa enough especially for family and friends with younger children. The villa is beautiful and well equipped. There are toys, books and games to keep the children entertained.
Close to the airport and just a short walk to the beautiful marina where there are some fantastic restaurants, bars and shops. Overall we have had an amazing week staying in this villa and would love to book again.

We go to Lanzarote often and this year my husband decided to celebrate his 60th Birthday there. We rented this Villa and took four friends with us. We have visited Puerto Calero but never stayed there before. We were not disappointed in our choice of location or Villa. There was plenty of room, and lots of seating areas both indoors and out. John and I stayed in the downstairs studio. We only used it as a bedroom but it is spacious and well equipped with cooking facilities. The only downside was the bed which wasn't very comfortable with us sinking into the middle! The pool and surrounding area were lovely. The Villa is private and the area quiet. It's 10 minutes downhill to the marina, and a bit of a struggle back for anyone with walking difficulties. The marina has lots of places to eat and drink, it's a lovely spot. After a storm towards the end of the week we had electrical problems, which we initially resolved ourselves but next day had to contact Lanzarote Villa Choice who got back straight away with more advice. This worked but we had to reset fuses a further twice before we left so suggest electrics need to be checked to see what's causing the problem. This didn't spoil our stay and, and we happily recommend Villa LVC253701, and Lanzarote Villa Choice.

What a lovely luxurious Villa - very clean and everything you need already supplied. The layout is great for open air living whether in the direct sun or under cover in the shade. The Beds and Sun Beds were comfortable and the linens, towels etc. felt good quality. The Owners tried hard to ensure everything was done to make our stay a good one. An easy walk to the Marina and good quality local Restaurants. We would book this Villa again! Lanzarote Villa Choice (Kathy) were very helpful throughout the booking including lots of pre-travel help. We felt the personal efficient service gave us confidence throughout - well done!

This is a fabulous villa in a great location and surprisingly young family friendly. I was initially a bit aprehensive about the stairs and pool with a 2 & 3yr old and newborn. However the outside area is spacious and sheltered from the wind. There's only a small lip up around the pool but the steps down from the main seating area can easily be blocked off with some furniture rearranging or stair gate. The floating staircase you see in the photos is now fully enclosed with a lockable door at the bottom and only leads up a mezzanine office area that we never used. All the bedrooms are on one level and the management company arranged cots and high chairs for us. The place was immaculate, well equipped with most the stuff brand new. There was a nice selection of children's toys and bedding.
