A beautiful stylish 4 bedroom villa located in the village of Tias. This is an ideal villa for larger groups to relax and unwind. The peaceful location is a short drive to the town of Tias which has a good selection of restaurants and a supermarket. You can also reach the popular resort and beaches of Puerto del Carmen in 10 minutes by car. 
The villa is built on 2 floors. The open plan kitchen, living and dining area has ample seating and is fully equipped. Three of the 4 bedrooms are located on the ground floor and the principal bedroom is upstairs with a walk in wardrobe and en suite bathroom. The villa has air conditioning throughout which has a small additional charge of £91 per week. Pool Heating if required is also £91 per week..
This villa can sleep up to 9 guests in the bedrooms and a further 2 children on a double sofa bed outside the principal bedroom.

Tias is a growing town with a good selection of restaurants including a taberna, traditional tapas, Arepas, and Chinese and cafe bars offering a home made selection of cakes. There is a modest selection of gift shops and a large supermarket for your weekly shop. Its a traditional village that's busy during the morning and sleepy during siesta. Its a good base if your looking to discover Lanzarote as the major roads to the south and north are easily accessible.  The main resort of Puerto del Carmen is just a 10 minute drive passing by the 18 hole golf course. The marina of Puerto Calero is also 20 minutes away by car. 
To visit, there is the house of Jose Saramago who was a writer and nobel prize winner, and the small Ermita art gallery.  The town also has its own chemist and petrol station

Optional Electric Pool heating has an additional charge of £91.00 per week. The air conditioning/heating, if required, would also be £91 per week.
There is a refundable Damage Deposit payable on arrival of £300/€350
