Our family of seven stayed in this beautiful Villa earlier this month. The Villa has so much space inside and out and if you want a few minutes to yourself then this is the perfect place. Deborah the owner has obviously worked very hard and listened to all feedback over the years as there is everything you could wish for to make the stay enjoyable. The whole family loved the pool, hot tub, and the table tennis, by the time we left it was getting very competitive ! We also made use of the BBQ a couple of evenings.

Anne the Villa Manager popped in to check we were all okay and is very friendly and helpful , we had no problems at all but it was reassuring to know if we did she was on hand.

Quiet, private location. We were a party of 8 including 2 children under 6. Very spacious accommodation, good facilities including the lovely heated pool and hot tub which were used daily! BBQ used most evenings. Each bedroom has en suite.

6 Nations rugby live and plenty of cartoons for the kids.

Fresh towels provided mid-week.

A car is essential and there is secure parking.

We were 4 adults (parents and grandparents) and a 7 year old, on holiday for a week in late October. First impressions “wow!”. The villa is really spacious. Big enough to have your own space and places to sit together if you want to. The kitchen is well equipped and has all the mod cons. The pool is lovely and warm and the hot tub is great (try the massage setting). As other have said, Lidl is the closest and best supermarket (decent wine 1euro!). Didn’t venture out that much as we enjoyed staying at the villa! But there are dozens of places to eat around 10 mins walk away. Would love to visit Miraflores again but it’s booked up the weeks we want!

- watch out for the one way system round Puerto del Carmen!

- the road to the harbour is steep so not best for those unsteady on their feet, but 2 euros each way in a taxi

Went with my family of son and daughter and their spouses and two teenager granddaughters. We all enjoyed our 10 days in this nice Villa. Plenty of space in doors and out doors with eating area,pool, hot tub, sun loungers and garden settee. Kitchen/diner was well equipped with everything that was needed. Was good that all bedrooms had ensuite. Went out to a few Restaurants that we recommended : Buda Bar, McSorley, Scotch Corner and best meal was at Puerto Bahia Restaurant. Also wasn't far from Supermarket Lidl ,but coming back was up hill so taxi was required. Taxis service was good. Overall very enjoyable holiday. Hope to return at some other time.

Overall impressions were very positive. There were 6 adults (my wife and I with our two children and their partners with their two under ones). It immediately felt a home from home even though the property and interior design/finishing were on the luxurious side. Everything you could possibly need was there, from bottle openers to pool inflatables, even BBQ utensils.There was even space for all of us to sit together, (sunbeds, lounge, outside dining) but there was also enough space to have your own area and time to yourself. We could go on praising the villa and fill this review with how much we all loved and enjoyed our stay so we'll add a few points that might help. The villa is close to the town, bars and supermarkets but it is a steep ascent back so we would consider a small hire car next time especially as the villa has ample gated parking. There was 6 adults and two infants so we soon accumulated recycling and rubbish which needed to be carted to communal collection bins which could be an issue for some groups. Wi-fi was spotty but unless you're constantly requiring a signal it was good enough. Sky sports is only available in local bars by local government decree but a few English channels (BBC 1,2,& 4, ITV etc) are available at the villa. There are supermarkets nearby but none within 10 minutes walk so worth barring in mind when carrying 8 litre water containers/milk etc unless you use taxis' every trip. The manager, Anne, introduced herself early during our stay so it was nice to know if we had any issues who we were dealing with and that she was only a phone call away. Before we went on the holiday any queries we had were promptly answered helpfully through good communications with the owner. In summary we had a wonderful time, we would recommend the villa and also the Tapas at Puerto Bahia! We'll just add that taxis are readily available at the airport and cheaper than pre-booking. We chose the latter (Suntransfer) and would recommend these too, especially for big parties if you all want to arrive together. Thank you for letting us share your home.

Just a note to say we really enjoyed our stay at your fabulous villa, we couldn't fault it, you had every angle covered. A pleasure to deal with! View of the sea was spectacular! I intended to write a review in the book but the two kept me busy and I didn't even get to read the others . . . Parents in law did though and said it was all really good reviews. The amount of toys and books and videos for our 4 year old was brilliant. And pool toys. And to have a steamer and a liquidiser to be able to puree food for our 6 month old. . . I mean. . . Is there anything you didn't think of! ! It was like home from home! Very spacious, and very comfortable. The alarm did go off one of the days just as we were leaving for no apparent reason all the doors were shut, and the washing machine might be on the way out. . .it wouldn't spin the clothes they were dripping wet coming out of it. . . But given the weather they would dry throughout the day anyway! Anne did try and sort it for us but the guy was away in Benidorm and I told her it wasn't a priority they would dry in the sun anyway. Ann was very helpful. Even offered to print off our return tickets for us with her own printer but we got a place down town. We had dinner in Lanis down near the casino a couple of nights. . . Really nice restaurant! Oriental on the strip too was really tasty. Anyway. . . . Thanks so much again, really really enjoyed our holiday, we will definitely stay again. Thanks for all your help.

 Best villa we have stayed in on Lanzarote. Loads of space, well maintained wth large heated pool. Easy reach of sea front and restaurants. Would definitely return again.

I highly recommend this beautiful villa Miraflores ,the ensuite bedrooms kitchen and lounge are very spacious,and beautifully decorated. We made great use of the hot tub and table tennis and swimming and relaxing by the pool with its stunning views .Miraflores location as described is very peaceful and just a short walk into town and excursion pick up. Our biggest regret was only booking a week at this amazing villa.Miraflores is ten out of ten.

 This was my first visit to this villa and my mums second. I was told so much about it and knew I was in for a treat but wow I was still surprised when we arrived. I went with family 7 of us and what a lovely place. The views are stunning the location is perfect and as for the villa it made our holiday so nice. The place is so spacious and all rooms very large and decorated to a very good standard. I have to add I have been to a lot on the island and this is one of the best.

We will defiantly be returning and I can highly recommend this place.

This was our second visit and I'm sure we will be back. The house is beautiful and spacious and if its not already there the owner is very accommodating and will help with anything you might need/want. We stayed with family, there was 4 adults and 4 children (ranging from 2 to 12 years) and there was plenty of space for everyone to relax. The outdoor area is fantastic and the addition of a play room was very useful to get the little ones out of the sun during the hottest part of the day. The house and grounds felt very secure and we felt at home in no time at all. The area is lovely and has plenty to do if you can prize yourselves away from the lovely cool house and pool. Situated right in the middle of the new and the old parts of the town it is about a 15/20 minute walk down hill either way and there are plenty of bars and cafes to break the journey back up hill. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and we hope to return ourselves in the future.

We (two grown-ups and a six year old) had a great time at Miraflores. It was exactly as it looked in the pictures - perhaps even more spacious. The indoor and outdoor areas were beautifully maintained. The pool was a delight and the inflatables were a great way to keep all three of us entertained. Everything we needed was there and you can see how much thought has gone into ensuring the property is equipped for guests whilst also maintaining a homely atmosphere. The sea views from the terrace were great and the property is in a very quiet, upmarket location.

The main strip of Puerto del Carmen may not be to everyone's taste but the Old Town and Harbor area are calmer and provided decent food and drink options. We preferred Playa Chica to the main beach as it was smaller and less hectic. We also spent a lovely afternoon at the Marina at Puerto Calera (taxi there and water bus back to the Old Town harbor). The situation of the property means you can be anywhere in 10 minutes but away from it all just as quickly.

The owner was super helpful and friendly at all times and the lady who came to change the towels was also very friendly and helpful. Nothing went wrong but you sensed it if it did it would be resolved promptly.

Overall we would go back in a heartbeat.
