With a superb front line location, this villa is an an unbeatable position, within walking distance to the bars and restaurants at Santa Rosa and Playa Bastian. It is a short walk along the promenade to Playa Bastain beach and a further stroll will bring you to Playa Jablillo beach. The villa is bright and spacious and well furnished and equipped. Patio doors from the living room and master bedroom open to the terrace with beautiful sea views. The fourth bedroom is accessed from the main villa and also via the terrace. The living room has air conditioning and each bedroom has a ceiling fan. Stairs from the main terrace lead up to a large roof terrace with panoramic views.

This is one of the nicest villas I've stayed in. It is well presented with everything you need - plus there is someone on hand for any questions or issues. Our kettle wasn't working and within 90 minutes we had a replacement one - that is great service. The rooms are a good size, with good amount of storage for clothes. The pool and sunbed area is wonderful, as is the undercover outside seating area. Plus the 'putting green' is a great addition (we enjoyed a few competitions). This villa is money well spent! I highly recommend it.

Really nice villa in a quiet part of Costa Teguise, home from home comforts including UK TV, heated pool & sun terrace on the roof. Would love to stay again.

This truly is a wonderful holiday villa in the perfect location right next to the sea. We enjoyed a relaxing 10 day holiday in the well equipped and spacious property. Out of the back gate you are directly onto the pedestrian promenade that tracks the coastline into the Costa Teguise town, with a 20 - 25 minute walk. We ate at numerous lovely and very high quality restaurants which all catered very well for us vegetarians, our personal recommendations were:
- Cesares - pasta to die for!
- Divina Italian - lovely atmosphere with amazing and very good value pizzas.
- Shang Hai Chinese - amazing value for money and really lovely service, cheapest house wine we found at 4.20 euros for half a litre.
- La Hacienda - a family favourite
- Domus Pompei - our first and last meal in Costa Teguise good value wholesome Italian cooking.
The pool was a real treat and very well maintained it was cleaned twice when we were there.
The ultimate compliment I can pay this holiday let is that we have already booked to return next year, and it is not in our nature to go on the same holiday twice!

The villa is in a great position overlooking the sea and very convenient for the promenade walk into Costa Teguise. it is well furnished and very clean.
The only negative was that the bedding in the smaller secondary bedrooms was a bit tired and could do with renewing.
The master suite is lovely. For small children, there is a well equipped playground 10 minutes walk away.
You need to be clear about your leaving time as we were required to leave at 10am prompt and had to hang around until our taxi came. A late afternoon flight would be a nightmare with young children.It would be 5 stars if the bedding was sorted and the exit time made clear as part of the booking process. Anyway, we had a great holiday.

Just home from spending two weeks with the family at this terrific villa. We had five young adults with us and there was plenty of space and bathrooms for all. The villa is extremely well equipped and I can't honestly think of anything that we had to do without. The outside covered area is where we ate and it was such a comfortable area to escape the heat sometimes as well. The location is amazing with the most beautiful vista day or night out over the Atlantic Ocean. There were a few restaurants a couple of minutes walk away and it was just a twenty minute stroll along the walkway beside the ocean into the main resort area and the old town. We were well supplied with clean towels for all every couple of days, and a weekly house clean. Will definitely return if bringing a large group away again.

My wife and family celebrated our 50th on the 10th of Nov. The house was everything we could hope for, big, clean, and had all we needed. Swimming pool was great and the covered patio was good when we wanted to get out of the sun. Kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes, etc. Phillipa was the best. We had so much luggage that she helped both from and to the airport. Unbelievable. Thanks. Would go back with no problems. Rob

Location

Costa Teguise
The villa is part of a community and is accessed by a gated entrance. A gate in the garden leads out to the sea and a wide promenade. This stretches from the start of Costa Teguise and ends at the main beach of Playa de Las Cucharas. It is well lit at night and ideal for an evening stroll to a wide choice of local and international restaurants. The nearest sandy / rocky beach is Playa Bastian which is a five minute walk. The rocky seafront by the villa is perfect for fishing enthusiasts.
The resort has several beaches, Playa Los Charcos, Playa Jablillo, Playa Bastian and Playa de Las Cucharas. The largest beach is Playa de Las Cucharas, where there is also a windsurfing academy for professionals and beginners. There are cafes, bars and restaurants along the seafront promenade from Centro Commercial Las Cucharas up to and around the headland area towards Playa Bastian. The square “Pueblo Marinero” has a wide choice of restaurants and bars that have outside seating and the the square becomes a buzzing nightime venue. Pueblo Marinero also holds a little market on a Wednesday and Friday evening from around 17:00-22:00. Also boasting a waterpark , golf course and aquarium, Costa Teguise is a popular choice for families.
