This attractive holiday villa with a heated pool is in a fantastic location within the resort of Costa Teguise and only a couple of minutes walk from the main beach of Las Cucharas and the seafront promenade. The popular square of Pueblo Marinera is a short walk away and has an excellent selection of international restaurants and bars. This single storey 3 bedroom villa can sleep up to 7 adults plus an infant .

Having just returned from our stay in the above villa, our first through Lanzarote Villa Choice, we just wanted to say thank you to everyone involved at LVC for making it a lovely, pleasant and hassle free holiday. Everything with the villa, was exactly as described on your website (not always the case with holiday companies), and all the pre-arrival paperwork was accurate and very helpful, with the maps allowing our driver to find the villa, even though he was unsure of the address to start with. We had a couple of very minor problems at the villa itself, which Dereck resolved without any trouble when he attended on Monday morning as part of his [presumably] routine visit. Even when the hairdryer in the villa developed a fault, a replacement was efficiently sourced and delivered the same day (again by Dereck). The only thing we found missing in the villa was a list of emergency numbers. Luckily my wife is adept when it comes to sorting out a tripped fuse (caused by the hairdryer) and had your office number on her phone, as there were no numbers visible within the villa and I was elsewhere in the town. We will be returning to Lanzarote in October, having already booked through yourselves again and will look forward to another wonderful experience [although with hopefully better weather J]. Location

This villa is centrally located in the resort of Costa Teguise within easy walking distance to the main beach of Playa de Las Cucharas and Pueblo Marinero square .
The resort has several beaches, Playa Los Charcos, Playa Jablillo, Playa Bastian and Playa de Las Cucharas. The largest beach is Playa de Las Cucharas, where there is also a windsurfing academy for professionals and beginners. There are cafes, bars and restaurants along the seafront promenade from Centro Commercial Las Cucharas up to and around the headland area towards Playa Bastian. The square “Pueblo Marinero” has a wide choice of restaurants and bars that have outside seating and the the square becomes a buzzing nightime venue. Pueblo Marinero also holds a little market on a Wednesday and Friday evening from around 17:00-22:00. Also boasting a waterpark , golf course and aquarium, Costa Teguise is a popular choice for families.
